1- Account Management:

To engage with most features on our platform, having an account is necessary. It’s important to safeguard your password, as you are accountable for all activities linked to your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please inform our Support Team promptly. Moreover, you must have reached the legal age for online service consent in your country to utilize the MTech Course.

Your account is vital for various activities such as content access, purchases, and submissions for publication. Maintaining accurate and complete account information, including a valid email address, is your responsibility. Any actions occurring on your account, including any resulting harm or damages, are solely your liability. Therefore, it’s crucial to handle your password with care. Account transfers or using someone else’s account are not permitted. Access to an account will only be granted upon verification of ownership details. In cases of user demise, the respective account will be closed.

Sharing your account credentials is prohibited. Any activity related to your account is your responsibility, and MTech Course will not intervene in disputes arising from shared account credentials. Promptly report any suspected unauthorized use of your account or security breaches to our Support Team. We may request further information to confirm your account ownership.

You have the liberty to terminate your account at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on account termination.

2- Accessing Content and License Terms:

Upon enrolling in a course or obtaining other content, you are granted a license by MTech Course, permitting access solely via our Services. Transferring or reselling content is strictly prohibited. Typically, a lifetime access license is granted, except under circumstances necessitating content deactivation due to legal or policy obligations or for Subscription Plan enrollments.

In legal terms, MTech Course provides students with a limited, non-transferable license to access and view paid content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes via our Services. Any other usage is explicitly prohibited. Reproducing, redistributing, or modifying content without explicit permission is not allowed.

Lifetime access is generally provided upon course enrollment. However, we reserve the right to revoke access in compliance with legal obligations or Trust & Safety Guidelines. This exclusion applies to Subscription Plan enrollments and associated add-on features. Please note, the lifetime access pertains solely to course content.

3- Payment Procedures, Credits, and Refunds:

By making a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. For dissatisfactory content, MTech Course offers a 15-day refund or credit option for most purchases.

3.1. Pricing:

Content prices are determined based on our Terms and Promotions Policy. Periodically, promotional discounts may apply.

3.2. Payment Methods:

You authorize us to charge fees for purchased content using various payment methods. We collaborate with payment service providers to ensure secure transactions.

3.3. Refunds and Credit:

A 15-day refund or credit option is available for dissatisfactory content purchases. Refunds are subject to certain conditions and may be issued as credits or back to the original payment method.

3.4. Gift and Promotional Codes:

MTech Course may issue gift or promotional codes, subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

4- Content and Conduct Guidelines:

MTech Course must be used for lawful purposes only. Users are accountable for all content posted and must adhere to Trust & Safety Guidelines and intellectual property rights. Account bans may occur for repeated or severe violations, and copyright infringement reports should be reported promptly.

Users must comply with applicable laws when accessing and using our Services. Content submissions must adhere to copyright laws and community guidelines.

5- MTech Course Content Rights:

Users retain ownership of posted content. MTech Course reserves the right to share and repurpose user-generated content for promotional activities.

By submitting content, users grant MTech Course a broad license to reuse and distribute the content across various platforms.

6- Use of MTech Course at Your Own Risk:

Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with content creation and interaction on MTech Course. The platform does not exercise editorial control over user-generated content. Users access content at their own discretion.

MTech Course is not liable for offensive or objectionable content. Users assume full responsibility for their interactions and choices made on the platform.

7- MTech Course Rights:

MTech Course owns all platform-related assets and content. Unauthorized use or modification of these assets is prohibited.

Users must not tamper with the platform’s technical aspects or engage in prohibited activities outlined in the Terms of Service.

8- Subscription Terms:

This section outlines additional terms applicable to your utilization of our subscription-based collections as a student (“Subscription Plans”). By opting for a Subscription Plan, you implicitly agree to the supplementary terms delineated in this section. Please note that the usage of MTech Course Business is exempt from these Terms.

8.1 Subscription Plans:

During the duration of your Subscription Plan, you are granted a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable license by us to access and peruse the content encompassed within that Subscription Plan via our Services. With the exception of the lifetime access license grant, the terms expounded in the “Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access” section above are pertinent to enrollments through Subscription Plans.

Your Subscription Plan may entail access to interactive settings such as workspaces (“Interactive Sessions”). These sessions may be facilitated by a third party, subject to their respective agreements or terms, and are subject to usage restrictions elucidated on our Support Page. You are accountable for abiding by the terms and conditions set forth by any third-party provider.

The scope, features, and pricing of your Subscription Plan access are determined by the subscription you procure or renew. Subscription sharing, transfer, or assignment is strictly prohibited.

We retain the authority to rescind any license for content utilization within our Subscription Plans for legal or policy-driven rationales, at our discretion. This includes scenarios where we no longer possess the rights to offer the content via a Subscription Plan. Further details regarding our right to revoke are outlined in the “Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access” section.

8.2 Account Management:

You retain the prerogative to terminate your subscription by adhering to the outlined steps on our Support Page. Upon subscription cancellation, your access to the Subscription Plan will automatically cease at the culmination of your billing cycle. Refunds or credits for any previously remitted fees for your subscription are not applicable unless mandated by applicable law. Notably, subscription cancellation does not equate to the termination of your MTech Course account.

8.3 Payments and Billing:

The subscription fee is delineated at the time of purchase, with additional information accessible on our dedicated Page. Tax additions to the subscription fee may be obligatory as detailed in the “Payments, Credits, and Refunds” section above. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no reimbursements or credits for partially utilized periods unless necessitated by applicable law. Depending on your location, you may be eligible for a refund, as stipulated in our Refund Policy for Subscription Plans.

To subscribe to a Subscription Plan, a valid payment method must be furnished. By subscribing to a Subscription Plan and furnishing your billing details during checkout, you authorize us and our payment service providers to process payment for the applicable fees via the payment method on record. Subsequently, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each term, with payment processed accordingly.

Should we update your payment method utilizing information provided by our payment service providers, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable fees to your updated payment method.

In instances where we are unable to process payment via the registered payment method or if a chargeback disputing charges is successful, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.

We retain the right to modify our Subscription Plans or adjust pricing at our discretion. Any alterations to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated to you in advance, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

8.4 Interactive Session Restrictions:

While engaging with the Interactive Sessions, you are prohibited from:

Using the sessions for purposes other than instructed activities as per MTech Course labs.

Facilitating web, database, or forum access, or conducting cryptocurrency mining via the Interactive Sessions.

Exceeding the usage limitations outlined on our Support Page.

Employing the Interactive Sessions in any commercial production setting.

Engaging in actions that disrupt or interfere with the stability of our Services or infrastructure.

Utilizing any data or information other than simulated, anonymous, non-personal, non-live data while accessing the Interactive Sessions.

These restrictions supplement those delineated elsewhere in these Terms, including the “Content and Behavior Rules” and “MTech Course Rights” sections.

8.5 Subscription Disclaimers:

We provide no assurance regarding the availability of specific content within any Subscription Plan or any minimum content quota. We reserve the right to introduce or discontinue additional features for any Subscription Plan or modify/terminate a Subscription Plan at our discretion. We bear no responsibility for preserving or storing content submitted by you in connection with your Subscription Plan usage. These disclaimers complement those elucidated in the “Disclaimers” section below.
