MTech Course Affiliate Terms & Conditions Policy

Welcome to MTech Course, an online Learning Management System (LMS) platform offering technical courses. The following Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between MTech Course (“we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Company”) and you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”). By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Affiliate Relationship

1.1 You hereby agree to participate as an affiliate of MTech Course, promoting our products and services to your audience.

1.2 Your participation in the affiliate program is voluntary and does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and the MTech Course.

2. Enrollment

2.1 To become an affiliate, you must complete our affiliate application form accurately and honestly.

2.2 We reserve the right to approve or reject your application at our sole discretion. If approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code.

3. Promotion Guidelines

3.1 You agree to promote MTech Course using ethical and legal means, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 You must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or false advertising.

3.3 You are responsible for the content you produce to promote MTech Course, ensuring it accurately represents our products and services.

4. Commissions

4.1 You will earn a commission for each qualified sale generated through your affiliate link or code, in accordance with the commission structure outlined in your affiliate agreement.

4.2 Commissions are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of MTech Course. We will notify you of any changes to commission rates.

4.3 Commissions will only be paid for sales that are tracked and recorded through your unique affiliate link or code.

5. Payment

5.1 Commissions will be paid out on a regular basis, as outlined in your affiliate agreement.

5.2 Payments will be made via the payment method specified by you in your affiliate account. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

5.3 MTech Course reserves the right to withhold commission payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.

6.2 Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities related to MTech Course and remove any affiliate links or codes from your platforms.

7. Modification

7.1 MTech Course reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time, without prior notice.

7.2 We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 MTech Course will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the affiliate program.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration as per law, in accordance with the rules as per law.

By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not participate in our affiliate program.
